The Part 91 Subpart K stuff has air charter types a bit confused.

The new regs are just as strict as 135, and more so in some ways, so the question begs - why even bother? CitationShares, via this press release, is proud of their Subpart K status. Whereas Flight Options has gone pure Part 135, which is equally interesting / compelling for owners.
