As many of us know, Feb. 17th, 2005 was D-Day regarding the implementation of Part 91 Subpart K and / or Part 135 for those who operate under the mantle of Fractional Ownership. Through the air charter / fractional ownership pilot grapevine, we have heard that implementation of Part 135 / 91 Subpart K has been less than smooth. While this appears contrary to the soothing words put forth by well paid sales teams, the fact remains that ordinary charter worker bees have been extremely busy as the new regs / standards / restrictions cause "extra lift" to be the word du jour.
