While air charter safety pundits will weigh in on both sides of this issue, here is an interesting little post for AvWeb. In effect, as a function of commercial accidents, air taxi's (air charter's) portion fell in 2004 vs. over 2003, despite all the high profile ugliness that pervaded the media. Despite the old two steps forward, one step back adage, this is encouraging news, especially if we can keep the trend going in 2005.
