Renovation Of USAF Hangar May Lead To Air Taxi Service... It May Not, Too   PDF  Print  E-mail

Not all air charter stories end up being true. Ok, so hardly any are ever true and air taxi hooplah is much the same. Thankfully we ran across Aero-News.net this morning. After speaking with Jim Campbell, we realized that good clean unbiased and integrity laden journalism may yet exist in the aviation space. ("No! It is not possible!".. "Yes.. yes it is.") After a brief search for the truth re: Pogo's status, we came across this news. We began the hunt, mainly due to the weird certification status and schedule of Adam Aircraft's A700 and then the likely clients that talked about darkening the skies with them.

This article is not only original content, but the good folks at Aero-News always try and get both sides of the story.

This big issue here, is how much Pogo is withering or on the ropes at the very least. The fact that one of the founders (Burr) quit, is a sign that the household chez Pogo may be struggling to find its vision, airplanes and traction. The strange thing is that the mainstream media has not clued into the fact yet that most stories leaking out of various talking heads seem to miss the critical fact that the grim reaper may be close at hand for Pogo.

Another quick post by Adam Webster who is happy to know that there are j o u r n a l i s t s in the aviation world.
