Napa County

Napa, CA USA (KAPC / APC)

Napa is famous for lots of things, most noteably vino or wine. Wine is to this region as lobster is to Maine. The movie Sideways featured footage of the highly developed and commercialized wine region that has made this part of California so famous. Highway 29 is often referred to as the main vino vein that passes through country as a tourist filled artery. Napa, Yountville, Oakville, Rutherford, St. Helena and Calistoga all have something stunning and unique to offer the vintners. Napa at the southern terminus of wine country is the Gateway to the Grape.

While the Sonoma Jet Center is no winery, they do specialize in fairly priced aviation distilates, such as Jet-A and AvGas at prices that are fair enough to lure more than one aircraft away from the KAPC (Napa) Airport.

The Sonoma Jet Center is a proud sponsor of this airport, featuring an extensive lighted ramp available for all aircraft, no weight restrictions, video security for ramp and parking areas, discount rental cars through Enterprise, and much more.
