Napa County

Napa, CA USA (KAPC / APC)

The invention of the airplane early in the 20th century made air travel a practical reality. It was during these years that Oakland, a city with a distinguished aeronautical heritage, established one of the country's busiest and best-known airports. Following the 1918 Armistice, air commerce gained momentum and Oakland retained its position as one of the leading western aviation centers.

Bridgeford Flying Service is one of the oldest continuous operation air charter companies in the US and shares Oakland's legacy status in the aviation community. Since 1946 Bridgeford has been building a business which provides FBO, maintenance, flight training and air charter services to the Bay Area from its home base of Napa Valley (KAPC).

This airport is sponsored by Bridgeford Flying Service, one of the California's premier air carriers for air taxi and corporate charter services.
