PLEASE NOTE: Payment is in advance of each 30 day billing cycle. NO REFUNDS are provided for any billing for any services whatsoever once the credit card has been processed for payment. If a client wishes to cancel, notification must be sent prior to the next billing date. In the cases where a credit card fails (to process) the membership fees are still due and payable and there is an additional $50 card failure fee per occurrence. RSVPair reserves the right to turn over unpaid balances to a collection agency in the case where we are unable to obtain a valid credit card on past due balances after two contact attempts.
