| This operator asked for a quick turn and then insulted our office staff, accused our line supervisor of incompetence for not cleaning his windshield. We don't clean windshields without permission of the operator. The windshield of our jet requires a specific treatment and our line crew knows to ask. If he treats his customers the way he treated someone attempting to help, I feel sorry for them. | |||||||
